Is the image on this level supposed to be a broken link? I assumed that was by design (part of the "unfinished level" theme), but I've been stuck here for a whole week now, and I'm starting to wonder if the image file has been accidentally deleted from the server.

The level is as it should be. Look at what you have and think laterally. If that doesn't help, PM me.
