Given how many people have had difficulties with this one I'll add one more hint. (One that I've sent pretty much anyone who asked about it in PM's)

Once you've read all the fine print: Think about how a person with the disability hinted at (in the fine print) would utilize the service that "elsewhere" provides.
Research it. Utilize it.

Me and friends recently have been enjoying your riddles! But we are stuck at level 4...

We have found the password, but we cannot continue since we don't fully understand it. Can someone PM me so we could share you what we have done and get an answer?

You need a username and a password and they can be found in the same place.

Ok I'm pretty certain of "elsewhere" and I think I know what the fine print hints towards with reading into more detail, but I haven't gotten anything of substance. So I'm clearly missing something, any tips?
