You'll need something. Gimp (or similar programs) will work.
It might be 'better' with an application like that (as opposed to online tools) to get the right values.

I've been really stuck on this level for a while, and can't make any sense of the equation. I have the #s for the background correct, but can't make anything meaningful from them for the next level, any help would be appreciated!

awesome puzzles so far, I have really enjoyed figuring them out!

It's odd... I tried using GIMP (among other programs) and it wouldn't give me what was written in the source, just a few numbers off. And I'm assuming that note is to ensure the program used gives the proper thing so I'm worried it will affect my ability to solve this level. Any help please?
Edit: Yeah, I'm still really lost on this one... I don't know what I'm doing wrong!
