Your thought about the video is correct. Your solution is... half correct. You're very close.

I believe I solved the *cut I'm not really sure; and I've found a bunch of clues but I still do not get it. Please tell me if I am right or wrong the *cut is ? if its not I am going to go ape shit crazy dude. I AM SO CONFUSED AND FRUSTRATED I AM LITERALLY GOING TO CRY.
